I think I have DDD. I'm 57 years old and have been practicing dentistry for 30 years. I have chronic low back pain that feels at times to be throbbing. I also feel cramped muscles in my buttocks but more on my right than left. The pain also radiates around my hips; again mor on the right than left. The Drs' I have here say that invasive surgery replacing disc is the answer. I've tried chiropractors, physical therapist and epidural injection that have no long lasting relief at all or at times makes it worst. I t has been progressively been getting worst since 2001 and I have been taking medication since 2003. After looking at the Bonati Inst. web site with A LOT OF HOPE.I feel like I have spinal stenosis at certain levels that with selective foraminotomies and laminotomies that I can relief. I work, but the pain consumes my lfe. I really hope this works.'ll be going in July

I have had 5 spine surgeries at the Bonati Institue and I still have severe pain. I'm very disappointed in the results. The surgeries are expensive and they don't even fix the problem and I don't think they really care if they help you or not.
